State of Recruiting Survey
Please read the introduction and then go onto to complete the survey below. Thanks, Roelf
Introduction
The Internet is full of posts and articles on how finding the talented people organizations need to thrive, perhaps even to survive, is more difficult than ever.
Let’s get some real insight into what people are experiencing, and cut through the endless parade of opinions that are not experience based.
Please respond to this short survey to share your organization’s experience. I will post the results on The Performance Challenge Recruiter website once a month for the next several months.
As well, if you sign up for my newsletter, you will get the update sent to your email address. Once your signup is confirmed, I will also send you the url link to download “Recruiting Realities: Avoiding Bad Hires”, my 450 plus page visual e-book on the state of recruiting. Based on my experience leading organizations in which my HR teams completed thousands of recruiting assignments in tight talent pool market places, you will get insight into:
1. how resume-based recruiting approaches compare to The Performance Challenge Recruiting Process™,
2. which recruiting process works for what kind of open role talent search,
3. insights on how to predict final candidate potential performance on the job,
4. guidance on how to add The Performance Challenge Recruiting Process™ to your recruiting team’s skill set.
Completing the Survey
This survey will take from 10 to 20 minutes to complete, depending on the number of times you add text explanations to the various questions. There are 17 questions in all. They have been formatted as checklists to shorten the time you need to respond to the survey. Text input boxes will only appear when you select a ‘other’ checkbox choice.
The first section provides insight into your recruiting scope and the nature of your organization.
The next section provides insight into your recruiting process.
The next section collects information on the recruiting difficulties you may have been experiencing at the moment.
