Exhibiting People Smarts Candidate Rating Form
Please do the following as you fill out this form
1. Record your impressions of the candidate on a new form each time you interact with the person.
2. It is the pattern of responses that will count – how your impressions confirm and align with those of the others who interact with this person.
3. Don’t worry about how much or how little time you spend interacting with this person –just treat each interaction as a seperate occasion.
4. FILL OUT THE FORM BEFORE YOU TALK WITH ANYONE ELSE ABOUT THE CANDIDATE. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT SINCE THIS CAPTURES YOUR IMPRESSION OF THE PERSON WITHOUT BEING INFLUENCED BY ANYONE ELSE.
5. Don’t take a long time doing this. It is your impression – guided by your intuition and instinct based reactions – that are most useful in this kind of data collection about a person.
